Job Description

• Oversees daily restaurant operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Ensure service standards are maintained
• Handle customer complaints
• Prepare daily reports
• Enforce company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Hospitality or related field preferred
• 2 – 3 years supervisory experience in hospitality.
