Job Title: Bakery Assistant

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT) 
Work Schedule: 4 days per week (flexible)

The Role

• As a Bakery Assistant, you are trusted to help maintain the quality, order, and calm our brand is known for. You will support daily baking and operational activities, sometimes independently, while consistently upholding Cinnamona’s standards.
• This role requires precision, accountability, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily baking preparation, packing, and simple prep tasks
• Set up and close the bakery for daily operations
• Support customer service and order taking when required
• Run bakery errands, receive supplies, and assist with inventory tracking
• Package and label baked goods neatly and correctly
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Support the baker or supervisor with general daily tasks

Requirements

• An SSCE qualification
• 1–2 years experience in a bakery or food-handling environment (an advantage, not mandatory)
• Basic numeracy and measurement skills
• Willingness to learn baking processes
• Basic customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and commute reliably to Asokoro, Abuja

Salary
N50,000 / Month.
