Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods, equipment, and services required for the company’s operations, ensuring value for money, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and procure materials, equipment, and services in line with company requirements
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply-related issues
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and processes
  • Work closely with warehouse, technical, and finance teams to meet operational needs

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree  in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in procurement
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good understanding of procurement best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems is an advantage.

Salary
N500,000 / Month.
