Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager and LinkedIn Growth Specialist who can own our social media presence end to end.
• This role is for someone who understands growth, knows how to edit strong content, and can research, propose, and execute strategies with little to no supervision.
• You will be responsible for managing and growing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, turning ideas into content, and using data to guide decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
• Plan, create, edit, and publish high-quality content across platforms
• Edit videos and graphics for short-form and long-form content
• Research trends, competitors, and platform updates to inform strategy
• Propose content ideas, growth strategies, and campaign plans proactively
• Execute approved strategies independently without constant oversight
• Write clear, engaging captions and posts tailored to each platform
• Manage posting schedules and maintain content consistency
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve reach, engagement, and growth
• Collaborate as needed but take full ownership of deliverables

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts
• Strong video and image editing skills (Reels, Shorts, carousels, LinkedIn video)
• Solid understanding of social media growth strategies and algorithms
• Ability to research, plan, and execute content strategies independently
• Experience using analytics to measure performance and adjust strategy
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision and clear accountability
• Strong communication and time management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience growing LinkedIn personal brands or company pages
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar
• Experience with paid ads or campaign testing
• Understanding of content strategy for service-based or digital businesses

Salary
N70,000 - N80,000 / Month.
