- Our Client needs young, vibrant Marketing Managerto join the Team as part of their expansion programme. It is expected that the prospective candidate has knowledge of Real Estate.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales of properties with existing and new prospective clients
- Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections, sending cold emails, calls etc
- Develop innovative ideas to boost sales using social media platforms
- List details of properties for sale on all company’s marketing platforms
- Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.
Requirements
- A BSc in Estate Management or Business Administration, at least 3years post graduate experience in the Real Estate Sector as a Marketing Staff.
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants must reside within Lekki or Ajah axis.
