About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for our film distribution and production portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive audience engagement, cinema attendance, brand visibility, and commercial success across theatrical, digital, and promotional channels.
  • This role requires a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, audience behavior, campaign management, media relations, partnerships, and content marketing

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for film releases (local and international).
  • Plan and manage 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
  • Create release marketing plans for cinema, streaming, and promotional rollouts.
  • Work closely with distribution, production, and cinema teams to align campaign timelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Brand & Audience Engagement:

  • Drive brand awareness and audience growth for film titles and company productions.
  • Develop audience engagement strategies before, during, and after film releases.
  • Manage content calendars for promotional activities and storytelling.
  • Oversee trailers, posters, press kits, and all marketing assets.

Media, PR & Partnerships:

  • Lead media relations, press engagements, interviews, and publicity tours.
  • Build strategic partnerships with brands, sponsors, influencers, and media houses.
  • Coordinate premieres, press screenings, and promotional events.
  • Manage relationships with cinemas, exhibitors, and external agencies.

Digital Marketing & Content:

  • Supervise digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and web platforms.
  • Analyze audience insights and data to inform campaign direction.
  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging promotional content.

Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets for each film/project.
  • Liaise with agencies, printers, media buyers, and production vendors.
  • Ensure cost-effective delivery of marketing activities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead the marketing team and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide direction to creative, designers, and external marketing partners.
  • Work closely with producers, directors, and distribution teams to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 5–8 years proven experience in marketing, preferably within film, media, and entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of film distribution, cinema marketing, and audience targeting.
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns and promotional events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple film campaigns simultaneously.
