Job Description
- The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that maximize profitable, recurring volume growth and increase the long term value of businesses within the Company, provide Marketing leadership to the system for identifying, creating and prioritizing profitable volume opportunities for the portfolio.
- The Marketing Manager will Lead, motivate and develop capabilities of the business unit Marketing Team and provide strategic marketing leadership.
Academic Qualification
- Minimum of first degree in Social Science or Humanities from a reputable university
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial Security
- A sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation
- Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
- Highly organized and significant ability to multi-task effectively, very quick paced and detail oriented
- More of a people oriented tales person rather than an analytical or technical orientation:
- Has warm, affable, and friendly communication style
- Professional certification in Industrial Security, Health. Safety and Environment (HSE) would be an added advantage
- Age: Not above 45 years
