Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing & Sales Growth Executive.
  • This role is strictly focused on driving sales, generating leads, and converting online enquiries into paying customers.
  • The ideal candidate will work alongside the Social Media Manager and fashion production team to turn online visibility into real revenue through strategic campaigns, ads, follow-ups, and customer conversion tactics.
  • Proximity to the business location is essential for effective coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and customer enquiries through digital channels such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and paid ads.
  • Convert online leads and enquiries into confirmed orders and walk-in customers.
  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Instagram/Facebook ads) focused on bookings, fittings, and custom orders.
  • Follow up on prospects via WhatsApp, DMs, and calls to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure content supports sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Track enquiries, conversions, and revenue generated from digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies for festive seasons, weddings, events, and special collections.
  • Build and manage customer databases for repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide weekly reports on leads generated, conversions, and sales performance.

Performance Expectations

  • Ability to consistently generate qualified leads and convert them into paying customers.
  • Contribution to measurable monthly revenue growth through digital activities.
  • Strong follow-up culture that reduces lost leads and abandoned enquiries.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND
  • Proven experience in sales-focused digital marketing, online lead generation, or e-commerce sales.
  • Strong understanding of customer buying behavior within the Nigerian fashion industry.
  • Experience running and optimizing social media ads for sales and enquiries.
  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and CRM or tracking tools.
  • Must reside close to the business location (mandatory).
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
