Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, safety and optimal performance of production equipment within a manufacturing environment.
• The role involves executing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting equipment faults, and working closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and/or mechanical equipment in line with approved schedules and work orders.
• Diagnose equipment faults, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure all equipment within the assigned area operates safely and in compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Accurately document maintenance activities, prepare shift reports, and support delivery of area KPIs.
• Participate in shift handovers, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and coach operators on basic equipment care and safe operating practices.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Engineering. 
• 1–3 years of experience in related fields and be familiar with basic engineering concepts and tools.
