Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, an E-commerce Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory / Order Processing Officer

Location: Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure products are always available for customer orders.
• Receive, verify, and process customer orders across online platforms.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics/delivery team to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Update order status, follow up on delayed deliveries, and resolve issues.
• Handle order modifications, returns, replacements, and cancellations.

Requirements

• HND/B.Sc Degree in any relevant field.
• Experience in E-commerce operations, inventory, or order processing is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and inventory/order management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
