Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, an Agro-allied Company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Farm Manager

Location: Ghana

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage feed, vaccines, medications, and other farm inputs.
• Supervise and train farm workers to ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Oversee day-to-day poultry farm operations (brooding, feeding, vaccination, growth monitoring).
• Ensure proper biosecurity measures and strict hygiene standards across the farm.
• Monitor bird health, identify early signs of disease, and coordinate veterinary interventions.
• Keep accurate records of production, mortality, feed consumption, and sales.
• Manage inventory, budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Work with management to achieve production targets and improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience managing a poultry farm (layers or broilers).
• Strong knowledge of poultry production, disease control, and farm management.
• Ability to work independently and handle farm emergencies.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer applications is an added advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
