Job Description

• A Safety & Security Manager ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while protecting staff, facilities, and assets.
• They develop and enforce safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and oversee emergency response plans tailored to manufacturing operations. Security responsibilities include managing access control, supervising guards, and coordinating with law enforcement.
• The role requires investigating incidents, maintaining records, and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

• A relevant Degree, certifications, and experience in manufacturing safety are typically required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of occupational safety, industrial hygiene, and security systems.

Salary
N100,000 - N300,000 / Month.
