We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Sunti, Niger

Purpose

  • To recruit, manage and retain competent Human Capital for the organization in the most cost-effective manner ensuring quality service delivery..

The Job

  • ​Manage Recruitment and Selection processes to ensure highest qualify candidates are sourced and retained.
  • Work closely with HOD to ensure growth and business performance, via effective implementation of HR strategy.
  • Manage Training and Development intervention programmes to close competency gaps.
  • Manage, supervise and implement the performance appraisal system for the company to ensure effective performance management system.
  • Drive effective communication to ensure ownership and buy-in of all change initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to HR Policies and Procedures and carry out periodic reviews.
  • Manage industrial and employee relations issues.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. In Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI certification.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

The Person Must:​

  • Have strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
  • Have proven ability to design, implement, and manage performance management systems that drive accountability and business results.
  • Have the capacity to develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and frameworks in line with labour laws and organizational objectives.
  • Have strong analytical capability to interpret HR data and generate insights for management decision-making.
