Job Summary

• As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, supervising cleaning staff, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed quality standards across client locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules
• Inspect work areas regularly and address gaps in cleanliness, safety, or service standards
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment usage, and incident reporting.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facility services
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and safety standards.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
