Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Location: Lagos 

Job Summary

• The Kitchen Assistant will support kitchen operations by assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards in line with the resort’s hospitality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools as required
• Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene practices and attention to cleanliness
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage.
