Job Title:  Finance & Admin Lead

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Finance & Admin Lead, you will provide overall financial leadership while overseeing administrative and corporate support functions.
  • You will ensure financial sustainability, strong governance, effective controls, and efficient administrative systems that support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and provide advisory support to executive management
  • Oversee accounting operations, cash flow, treasury, audits, tax compliance, and internal control frameworks
  • Manage administrative functions including office operations, procurement, vendor management, and HR administration support
  • Drive performance management, process improvement, system optimization, and team leadership across finance and admin functions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance and administration with leadership responsibility
  • A professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, ACA, or CPA) is required
  • Strong expertise in financial reporting, governance, taxation, audit, and administrative oversight.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 / month.
