The Proprietor of the University is the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), a Christian, Evangelical, Pentecostal and Inter-denominational missionary organisation, with Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya as Founder and General Overseer of MFM Ministries worldwide.

- Candidate must possess Ph.D in relevant discipline.
- Also, candidate must have at least ten (10) years teaching/research experience in the University system and must possess reasonable scholarly publications, administrative experience and demonstrate ability to provide academic leadership.
