Job Summary
- As the Reservation & Ticketing Officer, you will be responsible for managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, and customer booking requests while providing accurate travel information and excellent client service.
Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, revalidation, and cancellations
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel and fare information
- Coordinate bookings with airlines and travel partners
- Maintain accurate booking records and reservation documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND; smart and trainable graduate
- Basic knowledge of travel reservations and ticketing processes (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with booking systems and office applications.
Salary
NGN 150,000 – NGN 170,000 Net Monthly.
