Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services needed by an organization in a cost-effective, timely, and compliant manner.

Responsibilities

• Timely procurement and delivery of high quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise building.
• Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts.
• Preparing of Purchase Orders.
• Review and analyse all vendors, suppliers, supply option and prices.
• Ensure delivery of procured items.
• Dealings with suppliers, manufacturers and vendors as regards quality electromechanical and building products used in the maintenance of a high-rise.

Relevant Work Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 2-4years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary & Benefit

• Salary:N170,000 - N190,000
• Pension / HMO / Annual leave.
