Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator – Kitchen to join our production team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining kitchen-related machinery, ensuring the efficient production and processing of food products while adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to know and implement GMP and HSE
• Must be able to Understand and solve mechanical issue
• Must be able to Understand several mechanical related materials and make improvement
• Must be able to Understand electrical concepts
• Must be able to Understand several electrical related materials and make improvement.
• Operate and monitor kitchen machinery used for food processing, mixing, or packaging.
• Ensure machines run smoothly and efficiently to meet production targets.
• Perform routine checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain product quality.
• Conduct quality control checks and report any issues or deviations.
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine performance, and any maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize efficiency.
• Must be able to have good communication with the internal organization
• Must be able to make a report
• Must be able to carry out the implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
• Must be able to review the performance of the machine.
• Must be able to carry out, execute and solve problems
• Must be able to read data from the machine
• Must be able to check machine performance based on data records from the machine
• Must be able to process data using applications such as Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to identify and define problems based on data from the machine
• Conduct quality control checks and report any defects or inconsistencies.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a food production or kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting minor machine issues.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data.
