About the Role

  • ‎Avocado Virtual Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Community Operations Support.
  • We are seeking a competent and results-driven professional who is proactive, reliable, and capable of delivering measurable results while supporting daily operations and managing online communities.

‎‎Key Responsibilities

  • ‎Support day-to-day operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the academy.
  • ‎Assist with administrative tasks, including salary coordination and operational tracking where applicable.
  • ‎Manage and moderate online communities across platforms.
  • ‎Respond to comments and actively engage followers across social media platforms.
  • ‎Handle email communication and update the mailing list.
  • ‎Monitor team performance and ensure assigned tasks are executed as required.
  • ‎Follow up with children who missed their weekly tasks.
  • ‎Participate in and support weekly Saturday team meetings.
  • ‎Coordinate and oversee Wednesday live sessions.
  • ‎Manage and publish blog content on the website.
  • ‎Upload and manage digital products on Selar and Amazon.
  • ‎Edit short-form videos for marketing and social media.
  • ‎Run basic digital advertising campaigns.
  • ‎Design guides, workbooks, and carousel posts using Canva.
  • ‎Develop marketing strategies and ensure campaigns begin at least two (2) months in advance.

Requirements

  • ‎At least 2 years of experience in community management, operations, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • ‎Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • ‎Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • ‎Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
  • ‎Familiarity with blogging platforms and digital product marketplaces such as Selar and Amazon is an advantage.

Salary
N100,000 monthly
