Job Title: Machine Operator – Water Treatment Plant (WTP)

Location: Sagamu, Ogun

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining water treatment machinery, ensuring efficient and safe plant operations, and adhering to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibility

• Able to prepare and maintain processes to avoid findings during audit.

Requirements

• BSc / HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Operations, or a related field).
• 2 - 5 years experience as a Machine Operator in a Water Treatment Plant or a similar industry.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must be able to know and implement GMP and HSE
• Must be able to Understand and solve mechanical issue
• Must be able to Understand several mechanical related materials and make improvement
• Must be able to Understand electrical concepts
• Must be able to Understand several electrical related materials and make improvement.
• Must be able to have a good communication with the internal organization
• Must be able to make report
• Must be able to carry out implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance
• Must be able to review the performance of machine.
• Must be able to carry out, execute and solve problems
• Must be able to read data from the machine
• Must be able to check machine performance based on data records from the machine
• Must be able to process data using applications such as Microsoft excel
• Must be able to identify and define problems based on data from machine.
