The Proprietor of the University is the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), a Christian, Evangelical, Pentecostal and Inter-denominational missionary organisation, with Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya as Founder and General Overseer of MFM Ministries worldwide.

Qualifications
- WASC or SSC or GCE O/L, WAEC/NECO, with at least 5 passes including 3 credits, credit In English Language is compulsory.
- Ex-Police Constable or equivalent rank in any of the Armed Forces with honourable Certificate of Discharge.
- Ex-Sergeant in the Police or in any of the Armed Forces with honourable Certificate of Discharge.
