Job Title: Legal Officer 

Location: Egbeda, Lagos

Reports to: Reports directly to the MD / CEO

Job Description
Company Brief:

• A real estate organisation situated in Egbeda (Lagos) seek to hire a young lawyer.
• The ideal candidate is required to understand corporate governance, property law and understand how to draft basic legal documents for real estate..
• This role reports directly to the MD/CEO and has great potentialfor career advancement based on individual output.

Job Duties

• Draft and review briefs and advice accordingly.
• Represent the organzation in various stakeholdersengagments.
• Act as a compliance officer with regards to laid down policies.
• Manage files, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Liaise effectively with all stakeholders internally and externally .
• Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BL / LLB / JD qualification with 2 - 3 years of work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
