Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for our real estate firm.
  • The ideal candidate must be polite, confident, visually presentable, and possess strong communication and basic graphic design skills.
  • This role combines front desk administration, client interaction, and creative support within a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients professionally (physical and virtual) Handle front desk operations and general administrative duties.
  • Manage calls, messages, appointments, and inquiries courteously Support basic graphic design tasks (flyers, simple designs, social media materials).
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and professional front desk environment Assist with office documentation and records Represent the company with excellent etiquette and executive presence.

Requirements

  • Female candidate Well-groomed, presentable, and confident. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polite, courteous, and customer-focused 1 – 2 years of experience in the real estate industry (Required).
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative role( Required).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills. Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask and work independently.
