Job Description

• Are you a powerhouse in the Lagos Real Estate market? Can you look at a luxury listing and immediately know the five HNWIs who need to see it?
• We are representing a leading Real Estate firm in Lagos seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager who is a master of both the "hustle" and the "strategy."
• This is a high-impact role for a professional who knows how to build a brand while smashing sales targets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Master the Market: Identify new opportunities, build stakeholder relationships, and close multi-million naira deals.
• Brand Storytelling: Oversee marketing campaigns, manage social media, and create content that converts followers into homeowners.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential and existing clients.

Who You Are

• Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven Closer: You have a verifiable track record in Real Estate sales (Luxury/Mid-market).
• Strategic Marketer: You understand the digital landscape and how to use it to find the right buyers.
• Negotiator: You possess elite communication and presentation skills.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 Gross per month.
