Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our real estate firm.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Manage invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations
• Track expenses, income, and cash flow
• Support payroll and statutory deductions
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
• 1 - 2 years of experience in an accounting role
• 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry (Required)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
