Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:

• Security Implementation: Enforce and implement robust security policies and procedures tailored to the warehouse facility.
• Surveillance & Monitoring: Manage and operate essential security technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
• Incident Response: Respond effectively to security incidents and monitor surveillance systems for suspicious activity.
• Emergency Planning: Assist in developing emergency response plans and participate in regular drills to maintain team preparedness.
• Access Control: Regulate entry and exit points while maintaining precise records of all authorized personnel and visitors.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional departments to integrate security protocols into daily business operations and provide guidance on new initiatives.
• Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely reporting of all security incidents to internal stakeholders.

Requirements
What we are looking for: 

• Proven Experience: Prior experience as a Security Specialist, ideally within a warehouse or industrial environment.
• Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of modern security technologies, surveillance systems, and access control.
• Emergency Preparedness: Demonstrated knowledge of emergency response planning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams.
• Legal Familiarity: Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security.
• Candidates must be based in Abuja or South - South axis.
