Job Summary

  • The Channel Sales & Business Development Executive will drive market expansion and revenue growth by developing strong channel partnerships, executing effective sales strategies, and leveraging market insights.
  • The role requires hands-on sales execution, distributor management, and close collaboration with international suppliers and local sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Market Understanding & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze consumer insights, and monitor industry trends.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable sales and marketing strategies.

Channel Partner Management:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and other channel partners.
  • Strengthen partner relationships to expand product reach and market penetration.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement channel-focused sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective channel activation and partner performance management.

Sales Execution:

  • Present and demonstrate products/samples to prospective clients and partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Performance Monitoring & Collaboration:

  • Prepare daily sales and activity reports.
  • Maintain close collaboration with Chinese suppliers and local sales leadership via WeChat and Lark.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree, HND
  • Minimum of 5+ years of strong sales experience in related industries.
  • Proven track record of excellent sales performance with strong channel partner resources.
  • Deep product knowledge and strong commercial acumen.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) with WeChat and Lark compatibility for work-related communication.
  • Cross-border trade experience is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: N300,000 (Performance + sales bonus + commission).
  • Performance Pay:Tiered sales performance structure.
