Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- This role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate technical teams and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily scheduling, dispatch, and execution of service tasks
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with HSE and company regulations
- Optimize resource allocation (personnel, tools, equipment)
- Review reports including FSRs, warranty claims, attendance sheets, and petty cash
- Track quotations, orders, invoices, and related documents
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for customers and maintain strong communication
- Audit inventory, supervise spare parts ordering/dispatch, and validate stock reports
- Oversee documentation, HR support, and compliance with policies and safety standards
- Prepare weekly updates and monthly KPI reports
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and timely processing of invoices
- Promote a strong safety culture through regular briefings and enforcement of HSE practices
- Recommend improvements to workflows, processes, and data management
Qualifications
- BSc in Business Administration or B.Eng in any Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role and 3+ years in a supervisory/team lead position
- Basic technical understanding (hydraulics, electrical, mechanical)
- Proven experience managing administrative and technical teams
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in service management software and MS Office 365
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license.
