Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary

  • The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of polyurethane products and solutions, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • The ideal candidate must combine technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insulation, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Promote Vitapur’s products and services to prospective and existing clients through presentations, site visits, and technical consultations.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions in line with company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product specifications in collaboration with the technical team.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and distributors.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth objectives.
  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and periodic reports on industry trends.
  • Support product demonstrations, exhibitions, and technical training sessions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on project execution and resolving technical or service issues.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering (or any related field).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical sales — preferably in insulation, building materials, or allied industries.
  • Strong understanding of polyurethane foam applications or technical materials is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
