Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

  • The Portfolio Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects, investments, accounts, or business initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational strategy, risk management standards, and financial or operational objectives.
  • The role focuses on performance monitoring, strategic planning, resource allocation, and delivering measurable results across multiple initiatives or assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of projects, investments, or business accounts to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.
  • Develop portfolio strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives.
  • Monitor portfolio performance through data analysis, financial tracking, and reporting.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the portfolio.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Provide regular portfolio performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources across projects or investments.
  • Evaluate new opportunities and conduct feasibility or risk assessments.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 - 7 years work experience.

Salary
N800,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
