Job Title: HR / Branch Manager

Location: K73, Bakori Road, by PW Junction, Kubwa Phase 3, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview

• We are seeking a proactive and organized HR / Branch Manager to oversee human resource functions and support the daily operations of the Abuja branch.
• The ideal candidate will manage HR affairs, staff performance appraisals, and ensure smooth branch administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all human resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
• Oversee employee welfare, attendance, and discipline
• Develop and drive staff performance appraisal processes
• Support management in setting performance goals and evaluating staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations
• Coordinate training and staff development initiatives
• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Serve as a link between management and employees
• Manage the performance of all admin officers in all the branches and reports as required. Note all admin officers report to her (HR manager)
• Review and support the performance of all sales team across all branches for productivity and company growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND or B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Minimal work experience (HR or administrative experience is an added advantage)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and performance appraisal systems
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and basic HR tools)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
