Job Title: Customer Experience / Marketing Assistant

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Job summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Experience / Marketing Assistant to join our team.
  • This is crucial for ensuring exceptional customer support and assisting in the execution of our marketing campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, manage customer data, follow up on leads, and actively support all marketing initiatives and events.

Key responsibilities

  • Responding to customer enquiries strictly via WhatsApp, email, and customer calls during working hours, using only the Company-issued phone and line. •
  • Matching customers to appropriate products and following up on incomplete purchases.
  • Managing basic CRM and customer retention lists with support from the marketing team.
  • Following up with leads generated from campaigns, events, or social media.
  • Assisting in campaign coordination and execution as directed.
  • Participating in and supporting any brand events, activations, or marketing launches as scheduled by the Company.
  • Carrying out any other related duties within the scope of work, including those assigned verbally or in writing by the Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

  • BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0 -1 years of experience in a customer service, marketing, or related role.
  • Must be a Female.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N90,000 + Performance Bonus.
