Job Brief

• We are seeking a talented female Marketing Executive to lead marketing projects that drive our company’s success.
• You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events tailored to trends and customer preferences, with a strong focus on the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns.
• Promote brand awareness and analyze competitor activities.
• Conduct surveys to assess customer needs and loyalty.
• Monitor campaign progress using metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with managers to prepare budgets and monitor expenses.
• Negotiate effectively with vendors, partners, and stakeholders for optimal marketing outcomes.

Requirements & Skills

• BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Deep understanding of the beauty industry, trends, and customer behavior.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Basic knowledge of makeup is required.

Salary
N150,000 + Performance Bonus.
