Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Sales/Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting leads into sales and expanding corporate travel accounts. The ideal candidate must have experience in travel/hospitality sales or strong B2B sales experience selling into corporate organizations.
Responsibilities
- Convert inbound enquiries into closed sales
- Drive visa, corporate, and luxury travel sales
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Develop and grow corporate (B2B) client accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Abuja and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare and deliver tailored proposals to corporate clients
Requirements
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
- 2–5 years’ proven sales or business development experience
- Must be based & Familiar with Abuja
- Experience in a travel agency, tours company, airline, or hospitality sales role is highly preferred
- Candidates without travel experience must have strong B2B (corporate) sales experience.
- Demonstrated negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
