We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Awka, Anambra
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content that promotes our real estate projects across digital and print platforms.
  • This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, banners, billboards, and social media graphics
  • Create engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign visuals
  • Edit and enhance property photos and promotional materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all designs
  • Prepare files for print and digital publishing
  • Support video team with basic motion graphics (an added advantage).

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc. (Design, Media, or related field preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years experience in graphic design
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (CorelDraw is an advantage)
  • Good understanding of branding and marketing principles
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be willing to work full-time in Awka, Anambra State.

Salary
N70,000 / month
