Job Title: Administrative/Human Capital Development Manager

Job Descriptions
  • The Administrative Manager will be responsible for Quality Management, Process Improvement, Facilities Management, Staff Recruitment and Training.
Skill/Competency Requirements
  • Ideal candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a top administrative role (preferably in an Educational setting.)
  • He/She must provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment.
  • He/She must also possess excellent Interpersonal and Communications Skills.
