Job Title: Content Creator

Role Summary

• The Content Creator willbe responsible forideating, producing, editing, and publishing engaging content across the brand’s social platforms. The role requiresstrongunderstanding of beauty, hair trends, digital storytelling, and performance-driven content.

They will create content tailored to:

• Hair Extensions (braids, wigs,colortrends, installs)
• Haircare (education, routines, benefits, problem-solving)
• Nova (fashion-forward, lifestyle, trendy positioning).

Core Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production:

• Create high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Shoot and edit product demos, tutorials, transformations
• Create engaging content
• Film trend-driven and reactive content quickly
• Develop hooks that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.

Platform Execution:

• Adapt content per platform (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Understand trending sounds, formats, and challenges
• Optimizecaptions for engagement and conversion
• Post consistently according to content calendar.

Brand Alignment:

• Maintain brand tone and aesthetic
• Ensure proper product usage representation
• Work with marketing team on campaign rollouts
• Translate briefs into scroll-stopping content.

Performance & Optimization:

• Track content performance (views, saves, shares, conversions)
• Identifywhat content format works best per product category
• Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Skills & Experience Required (Shortlisting Criteria)
Must-Have:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND with 2 - 4 years of experience
• Experience creating content for beauty/fashion brands
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut,InShot, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Pinterest& Instagram trends
• Portfolio with short-form video examples.
