Job Summary
- We are seeking a smart, courteous, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service and enhance our guests’ dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve meals and drinks promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints
- Process bills and handle payments when required
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Strong teamwork skills.
Salary
N50,000 per month.
