Job Title: Head - Upstream Operation, Engineering Projects & Servicing

Location: Lagos

Role Overview

• Lead and oversee all upstream operations, engineering projects, and servicing activities.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations while driving project delivery, operational excellence, asset integrity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead upstream operations team (engineers, technicians, project managers).
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize production and efficiency.
• Manage engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Supervise well servicing, production optimization, and maintenance.
• Monitor performance metrics and promote continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian Petroleum Regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
• Prepare/manage operational budgets and procure necessary resources.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, Electrical, or related); Master’s is a plus.
• 2–4years in upstream oil & gas operations
• Professional certifications (COREN, PMP, NSE, SPE, etc.) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NUPRC/DPR regulations and upstream industry standards.
• Proven experience in engineering project management, well operations, maintenance, and field servicing.

Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 per month.
