Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven General Manager – Revenue & Growth to lead and scale our construction business.
- The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, restructure and strengthen the Sales department, oversee operations, and ensure all departments align with the company’s strategic goals.
- This is a senior leadership position for an experienced professional with a strong background in construction, business development, and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business strategy and execution
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Restructure and manage the Sales department
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Oversee Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Monitor KPIs and report to the MD & Board
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Key Requirements
- 8 - 10 years proven senior management experience in the construction industry
- Strong track record in revenue growth and business development
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability.
Salary
N1,000,000 / month.
