Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Job Summary
- As the Quality Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that food production, hygiene standards, and service delivery meet internal quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Conduct routine inspections and document quality findings
- Implement corrective actions to address non-compliance issues
- Train and guide staff on quality control and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within food production or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
