Job Summary
- As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee factory equipment maintenance, minimize downtime, and ensure reliability of plant operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Oversee maintenance of machinery, utilities, and equipment
- Supervise maintenance teams and troubleshoot technical faults
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage maintenance budgets and recommend plant improvements.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience managing technical teams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
