Job Title: Experienced Real Estate Marketer

Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)

Summary

• Greymond Group is seeking to engage experienced and result-driven Real Estate Marketers to join our team at our Maitama, Abuja office.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving property sales, expanding our client base, and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell company properties to prospective clients
• Generate and convert leads through site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners
• Conduct property inspections and presentations
• Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
• Support promotional activities and estate launch events.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any relevant discipline is an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in real estate sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet targets
• Self-motivated, professional, and result-oriented.

Compensation

• Attractive basic salary - N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
• Competitive sales commissions
• Performance-based incentives.
