Jewels Leading Lights ia a christian school based in Abuja Nigeria with two campuses at Gwarimpa and Life Camp. We offer educational services with biblical integration and student spiritual formation and discipleship.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function, drive effective people strategies, and support a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes
• Manage employee relations and workplace culture
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Coordinate performance management systems
• Lead staff training and development initiatives
• Manage compensation, benefits, and welfare programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience (2 years in management role)
• Professional certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
