Job Summary

• The Gas Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily gas plant operations, ensuring safe handling of LPG products, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• The role requires strong operational oversight, safety consciousness, and effective team supervision to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the gas plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Monitor LPG receiving, storage, and dispensing activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise plant staff, including attendants and technicians, and manage duty schedules.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and report any faults or hazards promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of gas sales, stock levels, and daily operations.
• Coordinate basic maintenance activities and escalate technical issues when required.
• Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a gas plant or LPG facility is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of LPG safety standards and handling procedures.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Must be safety-conscious, responsible, and reliable.
