Summary

• We are looking for an Associate Consultant professional who is serious about building a long-term career in executive search and advisory work.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering retained search mandates and supporting high-level advisory engagements.
• Support executive search assignments for senior management and leadership roles
• Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping and competitor analysis
• Assess and shortlist candidates through structured evaluation processes
• Contribute to client brief development, role definition and interview preparation
• Prepare high-quality written outputs, including candidate reports and market insights
• Gain exposure to board-level conversations and advisory-led engagements
• This role is intentionally structured as a foundation for growth into senior search and advisory responsibilities.

What We are Looking For

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in consulting, professional services, HR, research or recruitment and existing knowledge in financial services, banking, insurance, investment.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret information and form clear insights
• Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in how organizations and leaders make decisions
• Professional presence and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders
• A long-term interest in leadership, organizational strategy and talent advisory
• Prior experience in executive search is advantageous but not essential.
