• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our major business units; Recruitment, Outsourcing, Background Checks
• Build and nurture client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored HR solutions
• Drive revenue growth and market expansion

What You Bring

• 1+ year in business development, B2B sales, or client engagement
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive mindset and hunger for results
• Experience in the staffing or HR industry is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Gross Monthly.
