Job Summary

• The Laboratory Supervisor will oversee all laboratory operations, ensure compliance with construction quality standards, and manage testing procedures for road and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory and field testing activities.
• Review and approve test results and quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards and specifications.
• Oversee testing of bituminous materials (Marshall Stability, Flow, Bitumen Extraction, Penetration tests).
• Supervise soil and geotechnical tests (Proctor Density, CBR, Atterberg Limits, Hydrometer Analysis).
• Monitor concrete and aggregate testing (mix design verification, compressive strength, sieve analysis).
• Oversee diesel testing, water quality checks, and chemical soil stabilization processes.
• Manage borrow pit evaluation and material source approval.
• Ensure proper calibration, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead and develop laboratory personnel.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in Road & Building Construction Quality Laboratory.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction material testing.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong leadership and reporting skills.
